Steven Adler, CEO/CFO

Steven Adler Steven brings nearly 20 years experience in finance, business development and strategic planning. Steven graduated from Wharton, where he studied Information Technology, Negotiating, Presentation Skills and Travel/Hotel Electronic Distribution. Steven holds the following designations: licensed Certified Public Accountant, a member of AICPA, EDP Auditors Association and an Associate Member of American Bar Association. Steven is a mountain climber and triathalon athelete.

Evan Newman, COO

Evan Newman Evan has more than 25 years of extensive travel industry experience. His most recent role was as COO for Portaga. While there, his responsibilities included Product, Operations and Integration Partnerships/Sales. Evan honed his skills while at Goldman Sachs’ in-house travel department as the Vice President of Travel Operations and Technology. During his tenure, he was responsible for overseeing the transition from in-house travel to an outsourced mid-west facility and back again, running the largest call center in New York City and rolling out the industry’s first Online Booking Tool.

Matthew Bailey, Sr. VP of Business Development

Matt Bailey Matt is a dynamic leader with more than 20 years in the travel industry. He has held managerial positions with Travelsavers, TravStar Technologies, Portaga, Inc., and Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Matt has managed distribution for travel-related technologies in 31 countries while based in Europe. Matt’s leadership and effective networking abilities, as well as his knowledge of the travel industry and its related technologies have proven to be an invaluable resource.

Mark Delano, Chief Architect/Sr. VP of Development

Mark Delano Mark brings over twenty years experience in IT specializing in the Project Management, Architecture and Development of complex, high volume web-based and distributed systems. Mark works closely with the stakeholder community to understand business requirements and implements technical solutions. His broad range of industry experience includes B2C Travel, Media, and Chemical Engineering / Manufacturing.
